SAPEM agenda & important dates

Jan. 11, 2021 : deadline for abstract submissions (see below).
Feb. 8, 2021 : notification of acceptance for abstracts.
Feb. 15, 2021 : deadline for early registrations.

The Conference Committee reserves the right to decline submissions that are not in line with the objectives of the event.

Proceedings will be collected and compiled from presentation slides/videos.

A selection of works will be recommended for publication in POMA (Proceedings of Meetings on Acoustics).
Note that submitting to POMA requires a longer proceeding than an extended abstract. A Fee of 40 US$ applies for publication in POMA for a first author not member of the ASA (American Acoustic Association).

The conference fees will include access to the proceedings, lunches and social events.

On or before Feb. 15th 2021 (early bird registrations), the fees are 500 USD per participant.
