Nov. 2, 2020 : deadline for abstract submissions (see below).
Feb. 8, 2021 : notification of acceptation for abstracts.
Feb. 15, 2021 : deadline for early registrations.
March 30 to April 1st, 2021 : the conference (it's not an April's fool).
There is no requirement to submit a full paper. Presenters
should submit an abstract of up to 1 500 words or two pages,
including details of their presentations and references.
The Conference Committee reserves the right to decline submissions that are not in line with the objectives of the event.
Proceedings will be collected and compiled from presentation slides/videos.
A selection of presentation might be recommended for publication in a special section of a peer-review journal after SAPEM (see Acta Acust. U. Acust. 96(2), 2010 and J. Acoust. Soc. Am. 134(6), 2013) so be prepared to present and to submit your most impressive work on acoustical porous media or related topics.
The conference fees will include access to the proceedings, lunches and social events.
On or before Feb. 15th 2021 (early bird registrations), the fees are 500 USD per participant.
Fees are reduced to 250 USD for students (on presentation of a valid student card).
After Feb. 15th 2021 (late bird registrations), the fees are 550 USD per participant and 300 USD for students.
